Greenwich Associates' principal goal is to consistently provide members of
the Greenwich Exchange with comprehensive, high quality primary research on the
professional financial services industry. Though certain features and content on the Greenwich.com
website are open to the general public, the vast majority of the value provided
to members resides in a password-protected area.

To fulfill its mission, Greenwich Associates recognizes its responsibility to
maintain its members' rights to privacy and has established this Privacy Policy.
Each year, Greenwich Associates systematically conducts research in more than
80 countries, interviewing up to 40,000 key decision-makers. The information
provided by those interviewed (Research Partners) is the core element of Greenwich
Associates' research-based consulting business. The research is designed to help
financial services providers meet their customers' needs and provide Research
Partners with an extensive resource on industry trends and best practices.
While Greenwich Associates' core information collection is primarily done
off-line, the firm also gathers information about Research Partners and
Clients via our website. The information collected by Greenwich
Associates is typically presented in an aggregated form. The firm does not reveal
any attributed information, unless it secures permission from the provider in
advance of doing so.
Greenwich Associates may publish top level information such as rankings generated from these annual surveys. For additional information about Greenwich Associates' rankings, click here.
Greenwich Associates is the sole owner of all the information it collects on the
Greenwich.com website.
There are two types of registered users on the Greenwich.com website: members and
non-members. A member is an individual who has either participated in a Greenwich
Associates' research study (and is now a member of the Greenwich Exchange,) or is an employee of a
financial-services provider who has engaged Greenwich Associates research-based
consulting services (a Client). Contact information for members is gathered
off-line in Greenwich Associates' proprietary research process. During their
initial visit to the Greenwich.com website, members are asked to review their
contact information and notify us of any changes by sending an e-mail to customer support at
Contact Us.
In addition to members' contact information, Greenwich Associates requests
that first-time users provide additional information about their job functions and
information needs. This additional information is used to assist
Greenwich Associates in identifying and meeting members' needs.
Non-member registered users are also asked to provide their contact information
which helps Greenwich Associates determine membership eligibility and potentially
serve new markets.
Those who choose to access this site do so on their own initiative and are

Greenwich Associates collects certain limited information about each user as
the user navigates through the site. These so-called "log files" are for use only
in the "click stream," i.e., for system management and to track generic user
behavior. The information will be used from time-to-time to better understand the
needs of Research Partners and to identify demographic trends.
This website takes every precaution to protect its users' information.
Sensitive information submitted via the website is protected both online and
off-line.
When using our registration form, the information provided will be protected with
the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, the
lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are
just surfing.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do
everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users'
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in
our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job
(for example, our membership management analyst or a customer service
representative) are granted access to personally-identifiable information.
Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy
practices. Every quarter, and any time new policies are added, our employees
are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and
what they can do to ensure our Client and Research Partner information is
protected. Finally, the computers that contain personally identifiable
information are kept in a secure environment.

Membership Eligibility
For 40 years, Greenwich Associates has conducted research on the
institutional financial services industry. Over this period, the firm has built an
extensive proprietary contact database, which contains information on many of the
most important financial professionals around the globe. To be included in
Greenwich Associates' database, an individual must be a key decision-maker with responsibility for handing some or all aspects of their company's or
institution's financial matters. Greenwich Associates reserves the right to
decide who is invited to become a member of the Greenwich Exchange.
Each year, Greenwich Associates invites key decision-makers to participate in its
research studies. In return for their participation in one or more studies, these
individuals become members of the Greenwich Exchange. A
Research Partner community membership lasts for up to 12 months and can be renewed by
simply participating in another of Greenwich Associates' annual research studies
during the membership period.
Membership in the Greenwich Exchange resides with the
individual. Each individual member receives their own personal user ID and
password. Should a member move from one employer to another, their membership
would not be affected. However, Greenwich Associates cannot guarantee that it
will maintain the individual's membership status beyond the 12-month membership
period.

Partners limit the "inter-company" distribution of Greenwich Associates'
information to their immediate operating unit or department. Should a need arise
to distribute or broadcast Greenwich Associates' information more widely,
