A companion to the Competitive Challenges Scorecard, the Compensation
Benchmarking Data reports salary, bonus, and long-term incentive ranges for
individual position titles throughout your firm. The report is organized by
department to allow for quick and easy reference. Each position has unique codes
within our database, which will stay static each year. Participants can match
these position codes to internal spreadsheets and databases with confidence.
This will allow your firm to easily continue the input process each year to
ensure your employees are fairly compensated, and in turn, motivated.

your firm's own compensation structure and which components of employee

All participating firms have access to the compensation position data, but
only those firms who subscribe to plus or premium services are able to work
directly with Competitive Challenges consultants to help interpret the
information. In addition, it is important to see what portion of your overall
