Participating firms receive the Competitive Challenges Scorecard, which
analyzes and scores each firm in the survey on more than 1,500 metrics in seven
key areas: Management Impact, Resource Effectiveness and Allocation, Product
Competitiveness, Customer Segments, Technology and Operations, and Compensation
Effectiveness.
The Scorecard presents the participating firm's scores in each area and
compares performance against the overall universe of participants and against
customized peer groups for plus and premium clients.

Each Scorecard section includes data tables that show aggregated business
metrics of the competition compared to your firm. This research is then
segmented into quartiles, means and medians, to display relative comparisons
across the range of metrics given the uniqueness of each asset manager's
business.

The research is also presented graphically for all key business metrics so
participants can visualize where they stand against quartiles and medians as
defined by the universe of firms.
