Greenwich Excellence Awards for Brand

Greenwich Associates has conducted interviews for the Small Business and Middle Market Banking Research Programs from January through September 2016 and has identified a select number of banks as differentiated brands relative to peers. 

Greenwich Best Brand Award winners were determined at a National level.

Best Brand – Ease of Doing Business and Trust
To qualify for consideration for Ease of Doing Business and Trust awards, each winning bank had to have a minimum of 42 client evaluations. These awards are based on Top Box ratings on Greenwich Associates 5-point evaluation scale. The banks selected must receive a statistically significant proportion of “Excellent” ratings relative to the overall mean (at a 95% confidence level.).

In order to be eligible for the Best Brand Overall and by product awards, each winning bank had to have a minimum of 42 citations by customers and/or non-customers of the product being evaluated. These awards are based on the questions below and the banks selected must receive a statistically significant proportion of citations by companies who use the product relative to the overall mean (at a 95% confidence level.)
