James is an Executive Relationship Manager at Javelin and advises financial institutions in the areas of acquisition of new account holders, product and service based programs, and marketing strategy. He is directly responsible for building Javelin's client portfolio through creating and maintaining customer relationships primarily on the East Coast.
Before joining Javelin, James was at Harland Clarke for over seven years, helping financial institutions with acquisition, growth and retention strategies. He has worked for nearly 16 years in sales, management and business development.
James holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
