Jonathan Buys joined Greenwich Associates in 2011 and is responsible for day-to-day research operations on the Customer Experience team. He has more than 14 years of market research experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, working on custom research projects, multi-year research tracking studies and syndicated studies.
Jonathan previously worked for several leading market research companies, including Cheskin Research, Ipsos and TNS. In these positions, he conducted research initiatives on behalf of fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Intel, AT&T, Microsoft, eBay, and TIAA-CREF. Areas of research included online sales tracking, purchase behavior and attitudes, customer satisfaction, brand preference, customer segmentation, purchase drivers and barriers, market sizing, and pricing.
Jonathan received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Colorado.
