Yoli Finley builds and executes performance improvement programs on behalf of domestic banking clients in the Client Experience Management (CEM) group. She helps our clients improve sales, service, employee engagement, and ROI by developing, integrating and managing the appropriate metrics to drive business performance and culture change.

Before joining Greenwich Associates in 2007, she was Assistant Vice President at UBS Wealth Management where she managed bond and equity portfolios for high-net worth individuals and corporations, including asset allocation strategies. Leadership accomplishments at UBS include member of All Bar None (UBS Women’s Network), Working Parent’s Group, and Cultural Awareness Network (Diversity) Steering Committees.

Yoli holds a degree in Economics from Fordham University and is fluent in Spanish.

Certifications: Series 7, 63 and 65.
