Executive Summary
Recognizing the importance of RIA ETF deployment in driving institutional ETF usage trends, Greenwich Associates interviewed RIAs for the first time in 2013 to gain a better understanding of how they use and view ETFs. The study results clearly highlight RIAs’ significant influence over ETF growth, with the channel expecting to increase its use of ETFs by more than any other institutional user type.
