Greenwich Excellence Awards for Brand

Greenwich Associates has conducted interviews for the Small Business and Middle Market Banking Research Programs from January through September 2017 and has identified a select number of banks as differentiated brands relative to peers. 

Greenwich Best Brand Award winners were determined at a National level.

Best Brand –Overall and by Product
In order to be eligible for the Best Brand Overall and by product awards, each winning bank had to have a minimum of 40 citations by customers and/or non-customers of the product being evaluated. The banks selected must receive a statistically significant proportion of citations by companies who use the product relative to the overall mean (at a 95% confidence level.)
