The report contains a checklist of existing online banking features, grouping them into four main categories — User Experience, Integration & Automation, Security & User Controls, and Account Access — and multiple subcategories, such as Navigability and File Services. The list also provides feature availability, indicating those capabilities that are universally available on all online platforms, those that have wide but not ubiquitous availability and those that have limited availability, ultimately defining the industry’s best online platforms and differentiating the banks that offer them from their rivals.
