Tobias Miarka joins a panel discussion titled Climate security and defence and economic security – managing risks in economic warfare at The Future of Security Annual Conference in London on July 24.
Panellists will look at the extent to which economic, defence and climate security represent indivisible risks taking a broader perspective that captures a comprehensive view of risk including cyber, space, food, energy and industrial and financial security. How can these risks be insured? What are the consequences for banks and insurance businesses of a greater need for private sector involvement in these projects, and how do governments work with banks and insurers to create resilience in Critical National Infrastructures?
