In 2026 between June and September, Coalition Greenwich collected compensation data from financial institutions. The data in this report is based upon aggregated results from 650+ salaries submitted by individuals participating in Crisil Coalition Greenwich compensation research. This report provides detailed information on salary, bonus and other compensation for respondents who provided input in our global compensation benchmarking research. All data is presented in U.S. dollars.
