Executive Summary

Between July and September of 2015, Greenwich Associates interviewed 192 equity portfolio managers and 117 equity traders to discuss trend in buy-side compensation.  This report is based on the aggregated results from individuals participating in that research.  

Methodology

From July through September 2015, Greenwich Associates conducted in-person and telephone interviews with 192  portfolio managers and 117 traders at buy-side institutions located in Asia.  The data in this report is based upon aggregated results from individuals participating in the study.
