Methodology

This report provides detailed information on cash compensation trends for portfolio managers, analysts, head traders, traders and other functions at buyside institutions, based on interviews from June through September 2017, for 2016 and 2017 annual compensation. This information is based on interviews with 99 buy-side traders and 184 portfolio managers.

The data in this report is based upon aggregated results from individuals participating in the study. The information contained is self-reported and is intended for the sole purpose of personal benchmarking.

All data is collected and presented in U.S. Dollars.
