Theresa May's March 29, 2017 letter to the European Council left no doubt about the U.K.'s intention to exit the European Union in 2019.
However, there is still a lot of uncertainty about the future relationship between the EU and the U.K., what will happen during the implementation period and whether the final trading resolution can be finalized within the next two years.
Now is the time for companies to focus on “no regrets” moves (actions that take several years to prepare, have manageable costs and help avoid significant disruptions during the implementation period).
