Methodology

This report provides detailed information on cash compensation trends for Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Head Traders, Traders and other functions at buy-side institutions. Research is based on interviews with 25 buy-side traders and 22 portfolio managers from November 2017 through February 2018.

The data in this report is based upon aggregated results from individuals participating in the study. The information contained is self-reported and is intended for the sole purpose of personal benchmarking.

All data is collected and presented in U.S. dollars.
