Methodology

Between January and December 2024, Coalition Greenwich collected compensation data from North American and European institutions. This report provides detailed information on salary, bonus and other compensation for respondents who provided input in our global compensation benchmarking research. The data in this report is based upon aggregated results from 1500+ salaries submitted by individuals participating in Coalition Greenwich compensation research. The information is self-reported and is intended for the sole purpose of personal benchmarking.

Job Function calculations with fewer than 3 responses were omitted.

All data is presented in U.S. dollars.
